Transmission simulation and validation for hybrid temporal panels.

The simulation layer applies the same epidemic process to the observed panel and to synthetic panels, then compares the resulting farm and region outcomes.

Model structure: - Farm nodes carry compartment states. - Region nodes carry a continuous import-pressure reservoir. - The four hybrid edge channels use separate transmission multipliers. - Farm outcomes are the main validation targets.
